Renowned music producer and cinematographer, ThankGod Omori Jesam, widely known as TG Omori, has reportedly experienced a setback following a failed kidney transplant.
Omori shared the news on his personal X.com page on Wednesday morning, just hours after revealing that his only brother had donated his kidney to him.
“One year after my kidney crashed, I just had a failed transplant at St. Nicholas Lagos. Pray for me,” Omori wrote, prompting an outpouring of support from fans and well-wishers.
Omori’s brother had selflessly donated his kidney to help him in his battle against kidney failure. In light of the recent news, many supporters have taken to social media to express their concern and send their prayers.
One user, @green_diamond, posted, “O God, of our friend TG who is ill, whom we now commend to Your compassionate regard. No healing is too hard if it be Your will. We therefore pray that You bless our good friend TG with Your loving care, renew his strength, and heal what ails him in Your loving name.”
Another user, @crowndcock, expressed hope, writing, “Failed ke. You won’t d!e. Omo, St. Nicholas Lagos treat this man with care oo.”
The news has also prompted reflections on the value of good health, with user @DONA commenting, “We all underrate the blessing of good health… yeah, money is important and necessary, but bro, waking up every day and being able to walk freely, eat what you want, and breathe freely is one of the biggest blessings, and we don’t appreciate God enough for that.”
