Afropop star David Adeleke, aka Davido, on Sunday, entertained football fans at the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Dressed in a Michael Jackson-like silver outfit, Davido wowed the French, Argentine, and Arab fans in the
88,966-capacity Lusail Stadium in Qatar.
Joined by other international singers, the Nigerian star performed the World Cup theme song, ‘Hayya Hayya’.
The performance was Davido’s first since the demise of his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
The World Cup Final will be played by Argentina and France.
France will be seeking to win the trophy again after winning it four years ago in Croatia.
