Nigerian artist Oludipe David, popularly known as Spyro, has reacted to the controversies at the Harvesters International Gospel Center’s Christmas carol service in Lagos State on Sunday.
PUNCH METRO reported that the singer was knocked by many for performing at the church’s carol service.
In a viral video obtained by PUNCH METRO, the singer was seen performing his hit song, “Only fine Girl”, during a drama performance at the church
A section of Nigerians while condemning the development also chided the lead preacher at Harvesters International Christian Center, Pastor Bolaji Idowu, who incorporated Spyro and other celebrities into the event.
The event flyer, the church invited celebrities such as Daniel Effiong, Bisola Ayeola, Dorathy Bachor, Sharon Ooja, Uzor Arukwe, Adeh Gbolahan, and Kenneth Ophopho for the event.
While reacting to the controversies, Spryo, through his twitter account tweeted,”Just saw myself and pastor B has been getting dragged because I did a drama ministration I’m church.Let me make something’s very clear!!

“The Carol was completely FREE for all. The tickets were free!

“So pls understand that I am Human, a Christian and I serve in a real church!!!”.
Why are y’all suprise didnt d bible predict this??..there will be a falling away first..very soon u will be seating down with people from the LGBT community and if u say a word they will walk you out of church and term u “Judgemental”.
