Seyi, son of President Bola Tinubu, paid a visit to Yobe State on Friday to engage with young people on critical issues concerning their future.
His visit focused on fostering political and economic growth while exploring opportunities for youth development.
During the engagement, Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Wisdom, reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to empowering young Nigerians.
He highlighted various initiatives designed specifically to support youth advancement.
“As the Minister of Youth Development, we’re dedicated to ensuring these initiatives reach Yobe State,” Wisdom stated, underscoring the government’s efforts to extend its programs to the region.
He also commended the collaboration between his ministry and Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, emphasizing their shared vision.
“We have a wonderful Governor, and we’re working together to ensure everything runs smoothly,” he added.
As the event coincided with Ramadan, the minister expressed gratitude and prayed for divine guidance and protection during the iftar gathering.
Seyi Tinubu’s visit also included courtesy calls on the Emir of Damaturu, Shehu Hashim II ibn Umar El-Kanemi, and Governor Buni at the Government House.
He was met with a warm reception from a large crowd of enthusiastic youths.
