Sevilla’s head coach, Garcia Pimienta, has confirmed that Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho is in the process of choosing his next club, with offers on the table from England, Greece, France, and Turkey.
Iheanacho, who joined Sevilla on a free transfer last summer, has struggled to make an impact, failing to score in nine LaLiga appearances.
As a result, the club is open to either a loan or a permanent move for the 28-year-old striker.
Speaking ahead of Sevilla’s upcoming league fixture against Getafe, Pimienta acknowledged that the decision rests entirely with Iheanacho.
“He has many offers and is deciding which is the best option. He has absolute freedom to decide. He will be called up but he has to decide which is his best option,” Pimienta stated.
With his future uncertain, Iheanacho will now weigh his options carefully before making a move that could revive his career.
