The Independent National Electoral Commission has released the data on the collection of Permanent Voter Cards across the 36 states and Federal Capital Territory.
Professor Mahmood Yakubu, gave a total estimate of 87,209,007as total number of Nigerians that collected their Permanent Voters Cards
PVCs were collected and 6,259,229 uncollected as at February 5.
