As world leaders gather in Washington, D.C., for President Donald Trump’s second inauguration on January 20, one of Christianity’s most influential figures, Pastor William F. Kumuyi, will be among the distinguished attendees.
Pastor Kumuyi, the General Superintendent and Founder of the Lagos-based Deeper Christian Life Ministry,, leads one of the largest churches globally, renowned for its impactful Bible teachings and evangelistic outreach.
During his visit, Kumuyi is scheduled to meet with members of Congress, prominent American church leaders, and media professionals.
From January 17-27, he will be available for interviews via phone, Skype/Zoom, or in person in Washington, D.C., by prior arrangement.
Topics of discussion include the Global Shift in Christianity, Leadership for 2025, and the practical application of faith.
Reflecting on President Trump’s leadership, Kumuyi commended his dedication to Christian principles, emphasizing the president’s efforts to champion religious freedom on an international scale and prioritize faith-based initiatives during his first term.
“President Trump’s stand for the gospel is not without recognition, not just by American Christians, but all Christians globally,” said Pastor Kumuyi. “During his first term in office, President Trump hosted the first ever meeting of foreign ministers focused solely on international religious freedom and, in his campaign, he promised to support Christian values and priorities.”
Kumuyi’s presence underscores the importance of religious liberty and Christian unity at a time marked by significant global spiritual transformations.
This announcement follows the recent invitation extended to Pastor Nathaniel Bassey to minister at the Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast for President Trump on January 20, 2025, in Washington, D.C.
