Mensuration not cause of anger, Apostle Femi Lazarus warns women
Senior Pastor of the Sphere of Light Church in Ibadan, Oyo State, Apostle Femi Lazarus, has warned women that menstruation should not be a cause for anger, noting that women who display negative attitudes during their period are simply acting out of wickedness.
Speaking in a video shared on social media, he advised men to seek women who embody peace, noting that physical attributes fade with time, but peace remains essential throughout life.
In the video, Lazarus also addressed the notion of using menstrual periods as an excuse for being temperamental or causing trouble, suggesting that this behavior is not a valid excuse but rather an indication of a natural inclination towards wickedness.
He emphasized the need for women to overcome such tendencies and strive for peace in their homes.
The cleric, who is also the founder of Femi Lazarus Ministries Ecumenical, or FLAME, cited examples of biblical figures such as Deborah and Esther who experienced menstrual period but remained composed.
He highlighted that lack of peace can lead to destructive outcomes and encouraged women to cultivate a spirit of peace in their homes.
Lazarus cautioned against choosing partners based on superficial qualities and urged women to recognize and control their emotions.
He emphasized the importance for women to prioritize peace in their homes, warning against allowing mood swings to be exploited by the devil.
“Guys watch out for the person you want to marry. You need to learn the heart of peace. Opposite of a peaceful woman is a contentious woman. And I like to tell you guys that in all honesty, the hips won’t matter for long. The physique won’t matter for long.
“They are ok. But at a point in your life when reality sets in, you need peace more than anything else.
“Do you know you can know a peaceful woman before you marry her? Don’t pick some demonic stuffs. Demonic stuffs like woman hair you used to touch. Like woman may not know what is wrong with her. You want to cause trouble. When you see things like that it’s not true. It’s not your nature.
“You’re not your temperament. Temperaments are real but you’re spirit controlled down. Some women will say when I’m having my menstrual period I get anger, provoked. I can talk to people anyhow. You should know that the way I woke up this morning something is happening. So…
“Deborah had menstrual period in the Bible and she was quite. Esther had menstrual period in the Bible and she was quite.
“Many will say pastor you don’t understand what we women are going through. I said Esther had menstrual period in the Bible and she was married to a king. She honoured him. I never see anywhere in the Bible where women complained about having menstrual period provoked then. It’s just simply means you’re are not a peaceful person. You like ‘wahala’. You just like trouble. The mood is not you, you have the holy spirit to rectify it.
“The lack of peace in your home is a master key in the hand of the devil. He come with destruction, anger and pain. A woman must master peace,” he said.
