Juventus have dismissed head coach Thiago Motta just nine months into his tenure, replacing him with Croatian manager Igor Tudor.
Motta, 42, leaves the club with Juventus sitting fifth in Serie A, just one point shy of the Champions League qualification spots.
His departure follows a poor run of form, including back-to-back heavy defeats, 3-0 against Fiorentina last weekend and 4-0 at home to Atalanta the previous week.
Under his leadership, Juventus also failed to progress in the Champions League, suffering elimination in the play-off round against PSV Eindhoven, and exited the Coppa Italia, a competition they won last season.
Stepping in is Tudor, a former Juventus midfielder who made over 150 appearances for the club between 1998 and 2007.
The 46-year-old began his managerial career at Hajduk Split in 2013 and has since coached teams including Galatasaray, Udinese, Verona, and Marseille.
His most recent role was a brief three-month spell at Lazio at the end of last season.
Tudor will take charge of his first match on Saturday when Juventus host Genoa in Serie A.
