The Federal Government has reinstated 4,081 out of the initially delisted 17,000 civil servants from the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System, re-enrolling them into the government’s payroll.
According to The PUNCH, this update, disclosed in Abuja, coincides with ongoing concerns about unpaid salaries affecting specific civil servants across various ministries, departments, and agencies of the Federal Government.
According to The PUNCH, the Federal Government, under the guidance of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, initiated the verification process for 17,000 civil servants recently removed from the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System in October.
