In the race for the final spot in next season’s Premier League, Leeds, Southampton, West Brom, and Norwich are the four Championship clubs vying for promotion.
Leicester City secured automatic promotion by finishing top of the league, while Ipswich Town clinched promotion by defeating Huddersfield on Saturday.
Leeds will face Norwich in the first play-off semi-final, while Southampton will take on West Brom.
The semi-finals will be played over two legs, with the first leg at the home of the lower-placed team and the second leg at the home of the higher-placed team.
If the scores are level after the second leg, extra time and penalties will be used to determine the winner.
