Popular Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has made a heartfelt appeal for prayers as she hopes to embrace motherhood.
During a Corporate Social Responsibility event held on January 2, 2025, in Oshodi, Lagos, she opened up about her longing for children, urging fans and well-wishers to remember her in their prayers.
The event, tagged Feed the Needy, was organized in collaboration with Seyi Tinubu and took place at Temidire Primary School in Shogunle.
It aimed to support underprivileged communities by providing much-needed assistance. The outreach attracted a significant crowd of beneficiaries from the area.
While addressing the audience, the actress became emotional, expressing her desire to become a mother. “I’m waiting upon the Lord for children,” she shared tearfully. “Please always include me in your prayers. Pray for me, Eniola Badmus, as I look forward to God’s blessings of motherhood.”
Eniola also highlighted her dedication to serving the less privileged, stating, “With your prayers and God by my side, I will continue to work with you to create a brighter tomorrow for our people. Let us strive together for more opportunities and a prosperous future.”
In addition to her personal appeal, Eniola took a moment to honor her late father, Alhaji Badmus, who passed away seven years ago.
She asked for a minute of silence, saying, “Before I conclude, let’s take a moment to pray for my father. It has been seven years since he left us.”
