The Department of Security Services has said the suspended ex-Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele is not in their custody.
It would be recalled that the embattled ex-CBN boss, Emefiele was said to have been arrested yesterday after his suspension by the President Bola Tinubu.
However, the DSS in his official handle said Emefiele is currently not with them.
The tweet reads “Currently, Emefiele is not with the DSS”.
Emefiele was on Friday suspended as the CBN governor and was reportedly arrested by the DSS
