Arsenal on Tuesday night moved five points clear with its fourth straight victory in the Premier League table after they defeat Luton Town 4-3 at Kenilworth Road.
They overcame errors from Raya that led to two goals for Luton as Declan Rice who was the hero for the Gunners headed in a late goal in the 97th minute to seal three points at Kenilworth Road.
Excited Arsenal goalkeeper, David Raya, as soon as the ball hit the back of the net, sprinted the length of the field to celebrate the last-gasp winner with his jubilant teammates.
No player will have been more relieved than Raya to see Declan Rice’s glancing header went into the corner and seal a chaotic 4-3 victory over Luton in the Premier League on Tuesday.
Although the hosts began the game in strong fashion, it was Gabriel Martinelli who opened the scoring, tapping home Bukayo Saka’a low cross.
Gabriel Osho made it 1-1 five minutes later, but Gabriel Jesus put Arsenal in front just before the break.
David Raya’s errors allowed Luton to take the lead with goals from Elijah Adebayo and Ross Barkley.
However, Arsenal responded through Kai Havertz in 60 to bring the game level again.
Declan Rice then rose highest to head in a goal that broke the hearts of home supporters.
