Paris Saint-Germain extended their dominance in Ligue 1 with a commanding 4-1 victory over Stade Rennais on Saturday.
Substitute Ousmane Dembele made a late impact, netting twice in added time to secure PSG’s sixth consecutive league win.
The visitors took the lead in the 27th minute when Bradley Barcola calmly finished from a Desire Doue pass.
Their advantage doubled early in the second half, with Goncalo Ramos finding the net just five minutes after the break.
Rennes quickly responded three minutes later as Lilian Brassier headed in from a corner.
Despite applying sustained pressure and looking the stronger side for much of the second half, the hosts were undone by Dembele’s two late strikes.
Remaining unbeaten in the league this season, PSG now sit comfortably at the top with 65 points, 16 clear of Olympique de Marseille, who face Lens later in the day. Rennes, meanwhile, stay in 11th place with 29 points.
