Nigerian gospel artist, Lawrence Oyor, has shared his astonishment after a video of popular crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, dancing to his hit song Favour surfaced online.
During a recent sermon, Oyor admitted that he never expected someone like Bobrisky, who is often at the center of controversy to be vibing to his music.
The sight left him in disbelief, even making him momentarily question the song itself.
“I saw one of our guys, the most unexpected guy on the internet, singing Favour. I almost denied the song,” Oyor said.
He went on to explain how the video unexpectedly found its way to him, leaving him stunned.
“I know some of you didn’t see it, but I don’t know how it got to me—someone sent it. I saw Bob, a very risky Bob, singing Favour, he surrounds me like a shield.
“I had to watch it three times, the shock! You too? And he said that song is the summary of the message. I have never doubted myself like that before. How? Like I told you last week, something is happening.”
The clip, which first appeared on Instagram, showed Bobrisky joyfully dancing along to the gospel track.
In his post, Bobrisky expressed gratitude for divine favour, revealing how he has experienced God’s mercy multiple times.
He also shared that despite undergoing seven surgeries, he continues to maintain a fresh and healthy look.
