Galatasaray head coach, Okan Buruk, has highlighted what sets Victor Osimhen apart, commending the Nigerian striker for his all-around impact on the team.
Osimhen, currently on a season-long loan from Napoli, has been in scintillating form for the Turkish Super Lig champions.
The 25-year-old has already tallied nine goals and five assists in just 12 outings across all competitions for the Istanbul-based club.
Buruk showered praise on the dynamic forward, lauding his remarkable contributions since joining the squad.
“Osimhen works hard, scores, assists. He is in great form, doing very well. He makes important scoring contributions both in Turkey and Europe,” Buruk stated, as reported by Skorer.
“His first characteristic is that he plays for the team, more than goals and assists. He makes an effort for the team.
“Trying to make his teammate score the goal he can score is very important and valuable. When we display this mentality as a team, no one can stand in front of Galatasaray,” the coach added.
