The Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a cautionary message to Nigerian security agencies, warning of potential plans to abduct Emirs and carry out coordinated attacks on palaces across the nation.
These threats are expected to escalate between December 2024 and February 2025.
This warning was contained in a statement released on Sunday by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho.
Primate Ayodele also highlighted the risks facing farmers during this period, predicting a surge in targeted assaults on agricultural communities.
“There will be attacks against Emirs, Farmers, and Palaces across the country. They are planning to kidnap Emirs and farmers between December and February next year,” Ayodele warned.
In his statement, the cleric acknowledged the Nigerian military’s ongoing efforts against insurgency and criminality.
He predicted significant victories for the armed forces, including the elimination and capture of top commanders of Boko Haram, Eastern Security Network and the Islamic State in West Africa Province.
“Nigerian army will do so well in combating these bandits. I see some Boko Haram, ESN, ISWAP leaders being taken out by the military. Some of them will be arrested within this period too,” Ayodele asserted.
The cleric’s revelations come amidst increased concerns about national security and the need for proactive measures to protect vulnerable groups and regions.
His call underscores the importance of enhanced vigilance and collaboration among security agencies to preempt these threats.
